We're inviting proposals from organisations and individuals who deliver high-quality coaching and workplace support services for adults with dyslexia.

We're looking to partner with one or more providers who can offer specialist, evidence-informed coaching, helping dyslexic adults build confidence, develop workplace strategies and reach their full potential in employment. The partnership will sit alongside the BDA's existing work with employers to improve workplace inclusion and accessibility.

What we're looking for
Successful providers will be able to demonstrate dyslexia expertise, a recognised coaching methodology, a track record of positive outcomes, and a commitment to working closely with the BDA, including through referral pathways and joint awareness-raising.

•  One-to-one and small-group workplace coaching for dyslexic adults
• Strategy, executive function and assistive technology coaching
• Reasonable adjustment advice and return-to-work support
•  Career development coaching

Services may be delivered online, face to face or as a hybrid, and should be accessible to employees, Access to Work customers, university students, the self-employed and adults seeking or changing work.

Why partner with the BDA? 
Providers will benefit from association with a trusted national charity, referrals from individuals seeking specialist support, and the chance to raise awareness of their services through BDA's channels, including a website that receives around 6 million visits a year. 

Submissions should include a completed tender response, organisation profile, qualifications, examples of relevant previous work, anonymised case studies, a pricing proposal and references, sent electronically in PDF or Word format.
