Lucy Squance is a strategic fundraising and partnerships leader with more than 20 years' experience helping charities grow income, build strong relationships and increase their impact. She has held senior leadership roles at Alzheimer's Research UK and Made By Dyslexia, leading growth across fundraising, partnerships, communications and strategy.
A proud dyslexic thinker, Lucy cares deeply about widening opportunity and helping people feel understood, supported and able to thrive. Alongside her executive career, she is also a Trustee and mentor of The Elischer Foundation, supporting leaders across the social impact sector.
