The building, standing at 341m, will house 150 residences, ranging from two to four-bedroom units and will include five penthouses. Â
It will feature mixed-use facilities, including restaurants, wellness zones, retail spaces, and exhibition areas. Â
Advanced mobility solutions such as electric vehicle charging stations and smart mobility apps will also be integrated into the property.Â
The tower’s elliptical shape draws inspiration from Mercedes-Benz’s cars such as its VISION EQXX, Vision One-Eleven, and Concept CLA Class that were unveiled at IAA Mobility 2023. Â
Its architecture is composed of three main elements: the core with horizontal balcony structuring, a lamella structure, and a southern facade with energy-efficient cladding. Â
The integration of photovoltaics and glazing is intended to further enhance the building’s sustainability.Â
